Join our friendly volunteering team as a Friday Club Night Support Assistant in Mansfield. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to give back to the community while helping to create a fun, safe, and inclusive social event for people with disabilities.

Our Club Nights are bi-weekly events with music, dancing under disco lights, games, and themed nights such as karaoke, fancy dress, or seasonal celebrations. Food and drinks are available from the licensed bar, and participants enjoy a safe space to socialise and express themselves.

Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and anyone 18+ will need to bring valid ID.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with the setup of the event, including tables, chairs, bleacher seating, and any themed decorations or games
  • Welcoming participants, signing them in, and distributing tickets
  • Providing general support and supervision during the evening
  • Packing away and tidying up after the event, including bleacher seating and general cleaning

Volunteering is flexible, usually from 4pm to 10pm and you can choose the dates that best fit your schedule. To view our upcoming club night dates, please check out our Newstart Page.
