Qualifications needed

It would be desirable (but not essential to the role) for you to hold a recognised qualification in one or more of the following areas; Joinery, Electrical installation & Maintenance or Plumbing.

Working Hours

Your hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week working either 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm on a rota basis. You will also be required be on call to provide out of hours cover, again on a rota basis. 

Please Note – this role will have an additional on-call payment of £1,453.00 which will take the annual salary up to £28,016.00.
