Residential Service Manager
(Learning Disability)
Salary: up to £22,221 per annum
With first class interpersonal, leadership and communication skills you will manage and supervise designated care teams promoting high standards of care, support and guidance at all times.
Key duties will include: Supervision, appraisal, training of care teams, health and safety, monitoring standards of service and supporting student’s individual learning goals through planning and reviewing care records.
You will have relevant experience in a supervisory role and an appropriate LDQ qualification in Care. You will also have significant experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities. Candidates will also be qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 in care, will be first aid trained and have risk assessment experience.
