Information and Communication Technology Learning Centre
Construction of the ICT Centre was completed in May 2006, and was fully operational in September 2006 after being fitting out with equipment and specially designed furniture.
Portland's vision to build an innovative, cutting-edge facility that would enable its disabled students to benefit from the latest, most advanced technology, is now a reality!

The new Centre is situated in the heart of the College and provides a ‘collegiate ‘ feel to the campus.

The wayfinding wall is one of the specific features designed for disability. The corridors are tapered from the foyer and the doors are angled to provide a visual colour-coded guide to rooms.


The new Centre develops the latest educational and training philosophies.
